Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Most of our customers give instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to collect at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post couriers cannot call before delivery.
If you give us specific instructions to leave your wine, (we prefer that if no-one is home the wine is then available for collection from the local Post Office), and the wine gets stolen, you will be responsible.
